The Hirer, requested to notify the police immediately and not move
to the vehicle until the police arrive at the scene in order to
obtain a police a police report and inform the company so that an
insurance claim can be made; provided he submits all the necessary
Police/Court case papers to claim the same from the Insurance Co.
Otherwise, the hirer will be responsible for the payment of all the
damages as per the estimate.
NOTE :

Insurance Does Not Cover for U.A.E. Driving License, which is less
than one year old.

The hirer will be liable for 10% of the claim, if the driver is less
than 25 years old.

The vehicle could not be driven by people less than 21 years old.
